Perhaps a future version will allow us to write the `icy river' effect
like this:

	pigment
		{
		marble
		pigment_map
			{
			[ 0	Blue ]
			[crackle Blue]
			[crackle White]
			[ 1	White]
			}
		}

i.e. Blue if marble<crackle, White otherwise.
